World of Warcraft - Item Upgrade

Items can be upgraded at any NPC that is an upgrader in the game. These NPCs can be found in major questing areas, or capital cities. Players can also locate item upgrader s by visiting dungeons with high-level bosses, or by talking to the NPCs in their faction's garrisons.
The World of Warcraft item upgrade system lets players improve the quality of armor, weapons and trinkets. This process is similar to reforging of gear in Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor. However instead of using currency, players have to visit an upgrader for their item to complete the process.
